Synopsis

Nursing education plays an important role in sculpturing the neophyte nurses, where the nurse educators should be able to produce the quality education that meets the demands and needs of future nursing education. This book is prepared in such a way that it meets the requirements of Indian Nursing Council, that inculcates students’ mind with principles, concepts of education, curriculum development, methods and media of teaching. Therefore, the students are able to understand and describe about philosophy of nursing , principles of nursing education, explain about teaching-learning process and methods, learn administrative aspects of nursing schools, participate in planning and organizing an in-service program, develop basic skill of counseling and guidance, and ultimately become good future nursing educators.
